Personal Details - Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Rittenhouse Pty Ltd.

SECURITY

Rittenhouse Pty Ltd does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the rittenhouse.com.au website. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor, EWAY, which is linked to our banks merchant account. Further information can be viewed at www.eway.com.au

PRICING

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST. If you are ordering from outside of Australia this GST amount will be deducted from your order at the check out. International order may be subject to customs duties  or taxes in their destination country so please contact your local customs authority for further details. Rittenhouse reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS

From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologies if this situation does occur and will contact you within 48 hours to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping within Australia
• Orders will be processed within a week of their receipt.
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post Platinum. We charge a flat rate of AUD$17.50 for all Australian shipments.
• Orders sent with Express Post Platinum require a signature and are fully trackable through the Australia Post website.
• In most cases orders will be received within 1-3 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

International shipping
• Order are shipped via FedEx
• We use Fedex Pak for shipments less than 2.5Kg and Fedex Intl Priority for all shipments more than 2.5Kg. Both of these methods have the same transit times.
• Generally orders will be received within 3 - 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
• customs and international duties: please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs and/or duties in the destination country. Please check with your local authority for all details and rate. Rittenhouse can not be held responsible for any such additional charges

EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date only when returned with a Rittenhouse RA #. To obtain an RA# please contact Rittenhouse within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your reason for an exchange. Goods sent back to Rittenhouse without an approved RA# will not be eligible for an exchange. Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt by Rittenhouse.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
* All return postage / shipping is your (the buyers) expense.
* Australian customers exchanging items please include a self addressed postage satchel for the exchanged item(s) to be posted back to you.
* International customers exchanging items will be contacted via email regarding return shipping & charges.

Swimwear, if returned, must have all labels, stickers and packaging. If swimwear is tried on after purchase to confirm the fit of the swimwear it must be tried on over underwear with protective sticker intact.

No Refunds.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns / exchanges and that returns / exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without an RA# will be refused and marked return to sender.

No exchanges or returns on sale items. All sales orders shipped are final.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

All items are thoroughly checked before sending  and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at shop@rittenhouse.com.au or on  +61 (0)2 9281 0544 and we will organise a replacement for you.
If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
